By enrolling your child in the Kids Yoga Program offered by Bear Hug Yoga, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
The Kids Yoga Program is open to children as listed in the program details. Enrollment is subject to availability, and all registration forms must be completed and submitted with any required documentation.
Payment & Fees
The total fee for the program is due upon registration unless otherwise specified.
Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website.
All fees are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by Bear Hug Yoga.
Attendance
Parents are encouraged to ensure their child attends all scheduled sessions for the full benefit of the program.
Late arrivals or early departures may impact your child’s experience. Please notify the program coordinator if your child will be late or need to leave early.
Behavioral Expectations
Children are expected to demonstrate respectful and positive behavior during yoga sessions. Bear Hug Yoga reserves the right to remove any child whose behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
Parents will be notified if there are any ongoing behavioral issues.
Medical & Emergency Information
Parents must provide up-to-date medical information, including any allergies, special needs, or physical limitations, at the time of registration.
In the event of a medical emergency, Bear Hug Yoga will make every effort to contact the parent or guardian. By enrolling, you authorize emergency medical treatment for your child if necessary.
Liability Waiver
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and accept that Bear Hug Yoga is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the yoga sessions. Parents are encouraged to ensure their child is covered by personal insurance.
Photography & Media Release
Photos or videos may be taken during the yoga sessions for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you grant permission for your child’s image to be used in Bear Hug Yoga’s marketing materials unless you submit a written request to opt out of media usage.
Cancellation & Withdrawal
If a parent needs to withdraw their child from the program, they must notify Bear Hug Yoga as soon as possible. Withdrawals may be subject to partial or no refunds depending on the program's cancellation policy.
Bear Hug Yoga reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions as needed, and parents will be notified promptly.
School Closures
If the local school district cancels classes due to weather or other emergencies, Bear Hug Yoga will also cancel the yoga session for that day. Parents will be notified as soon as possible, and a makeup session may be offered if possible.
Communication
Parents will receive updates, reminders, and important information about the program via email or phone. It is the responsibility of the parent to keep contact information current.
Program Modifications
Bear Hug Yoga reserves the right to modify the program schedule, content, or structure, including instructors or facilitators, if necessary, to ensure a high-quality experience for the children.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, class materials, and design elements, is the property of Bear Hug Yoga and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
